religious ministry. Our mission is to equip veterans with housing readiness education, financial
literacy, and spiritual support to create long-term stability and generational impact.

Jarvis Witherspoon is the founder of Served to SOLD Veterans Education Ministry Inc., a faith-based ministry dedicated to helping veterans achieve housing stability, financial literacy, and long-term independence.
He brings experience in real estate, housing education, and community leadership, with a mission to equip veterans with the knowledge and resources needed to build stable futures for themselves and their families.

James McCann is a U.S. Navy disabled veteran and seasoned real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience in property rehabilitation, buy-and-hold investing, wholesaling, and foreclosure acquisitions. He served three years in the United States Navy as an E-3 Seaman Radioman and later dedicated 14 years to the VA North Texas Health Care System as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician, Patient Advocate, and Chair of the Patient Support Telephone Team. Certified in substance abuse counseling, James has worked extensively with veterans navigating recovery, housing instability, and reintegration.
A proud graduate of multiple VA housing and rehabilitation programs—including Domiciliary Care, HUD-VASH, Shelter Plus Care, and the CWT Work Therapy Program—James brings both professional and lived experience to his work. He also leads JSM Real Estate Investors & Home Staging LLC (DBA Logi8 Concepts), an SBA-certified SDVOSB company. Through Served to Sold, James is committed to empowering veterans through faith-based education, housing stability, and pathways to homeownership.—

Darius Johnson, MSW, serves as Secretary of Served to SOLD Veterans Education Ministry Inc., contributing professional expertise in social work and community support services. His background in helping individuals and families navigate housing, financial, and personal challenges strengthens the ministry’s efforts to provide veterans with stability, guidance, and long-term support.
The ministry maintains internal financial controls, documented board oversight, and designated authorized signers for all financial accounts in accordance with its adopted board resolution.
